Processing & Action
Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, our team will act promptly to remove or disable access to the infringing material. We aim to process all legitimate requests within **48 to 72 business hours**.
Please note that any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages under **Section 512(f)** of the DMCA.
